LIMITS AND SELF-SUSPENSION
Our visit limit and suspension options
The goal is for you to maintain control of your gaming behaviour independently by taking up opportunities to set limits and take breaks from playing at the right time. One way to do this is to apply for a self-suspension or visit limit from Casinos Austria and/or WINWIN.
How to make the application
You can make a written application to limit your visits or impose a total suspension for Casinos Austria and/or WINWIN on your own initiative and at any time.
If you would like to apply for a suspension or a limit on the number of visits you make, please complete and sign the relevant form and return it to us with a copy of a valid official photo ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) to the addresses stated on the forms. Alternatively, you can send us your request online via the below contact form.
Please note that you need to apply for a suspension or visit limit for Casinos Austria AG, WINWIN or our online products on win2day separately in each case. If you would like to arrange a suspension or visit limit for multiple companies within our Group, please send the signed forms for the relevant companies, each with a copy of your photo ID, separately to the addresses stated.
If you would like to apply for a suspension from our online products on win2day, please complete the following contact form with your personal details and upload a copy of your official photo ID (e.g. passport, national identity card or driving licence) for verification purposes. Please include your email address so that we can send confirmation that your suspension from win2day has been activated.
