LIMITATION AND SELF-EXCLUSION

Our limit and self-exclusions

The goal of these features is for you to maintain control over your gambling behaviour by taking advantage of limit offers or breaks from gambling in good time. One way to do this is to apply for a visit limit or self-exclusion at Casinos Austria and to apply for a restriction of visit, loss limit or self-exclusion at WINWIN.

How the application works

By making a written request, you have the option at any time to restrict your ability to visit Casinos Austria or block it completely, as well as restrict your ability to visit WINWIN or impose a loss limit or self-exclusion completely.

If you wish to apply for a limit or self-exclusion, please send the relevant completed and signed form together with a copy of your valid official photo ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) to the addresses provided on the forms. Alternatively, you can simply send us your request online using the contact form below.

Please note that a limit or self-exclusion for the companies Casinos Austria AG, WINWIN or our online offer on win2day must be made separately for each company. If you wish for self-exclusion or limit your access to several companies in our Group, please send the signed forms of the respective companies together with a copy of your photo ID to the respective addresses given.

If you would like to request a self-exclusion for our online offer on win2day, please fill in the following contact form with your personal data and upload a copy of your official photo ID (e.g. passport, identity card or driving licence) in order to legitimise your request. Please enter your e-mail address so that we can send you a confirmation of the self-exclusion activation on win2day.
