How the application works

If you wish to apply for a limit or block, please send the relevant completed and signed form together with a copy of your valid official photo ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) to the addresses provided on the forms. Please note that a limit or block for the companies Casinos Austria AG, WINWIN or our online offer on win2day must be made separately for each company. If you wish to block or limit your access to several companies in our Group, please send the signed forms of the respective companies together with a copy of your photo ID to the respective addresses given.
